When Chad's friend Jeannie invites him to visit her eccentric aunt, he soon finds he's in for more than a vacation -- Aunt Rosebud runs a boarding house full of some really weird characters! As soon as Chad and Jeannie arrive, bizarre things start happening. Chad's toothbrush floats around his room, a frightening mummy appears -- and disappears, and a panther leaps out of his closet.
